Online Marketing

• Maintain informational postings on external directory web sites
• Coordinate and Manage SEM program

Public Relations

• Maintaining Marketing department's file including media book
• Maintain Spreadsheet of News Media

MarCom

• Coordinate mailing and shipping efforts for Marketing Department
• Coordination of usage on literature, giveaways and promotional items
• Coordinate and organize trade show equipment and supplies
• Process orders and inventory requests as required for Marketing Department

Other

• Special projects as assigned by manager

Skills Needed:

• Strong Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to help with a variety of programs and tasks
• Ability to communicate and interact with staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and positive attitude

Compensation:

Part-time hourly position (up to 30 hrs/week) with highly attractive equity options. Flexible scheduling.
