With 24 years of experience in manufacturing and operations for embedded micros and mixed-signal SoCs, Tom’s experience includes fifteen years of significant contributions to Motorola’s embedded micro dominance including leading manufacturing for several of its highest volume products.  Most recently, Tom made crucial contributions to Oak Technology’s operational success in optical storage as a fabless manufacturer interacting daily with TSMC, ASE, SPIL and OSE.  In addition to over 400 hours of manufacturing- and quality-related education with Motorola, Tom also holds a technical degree with honors from DeVry Institute.
