How to hault ADC sampling upto next trigger?

Hello,
I am triggering ADC sequence-3 from PWM-0 at an event "match comparator-A value while counting up".
And want to hold ADC sampling at an event "match comparator-A value while counting down".
For haulting ADC I am using PWM-0 interrupt.But how to stop ADC sampling upto occurence of next trigger ?
