UART transmission

I am trying to send a string of 23 characters using UART0 with 2400 baud rate.
Now as i send the characters only fixed 17 characters are getting transmitted !!!
Can anyone please tell me why it is acting so..???

Plz include the relevant part of your Uart transfer code. Also detail what you mean by "fixed" characters? (perhaps you meant "first" 17 characters?)

Thanks a lot but i got the answer..
It was the problem of using UARTCharPutNonBlocking() insted of UARTCharPut()..
