I may have missed something but I don't see the sources as part of the main debug tools bundle.
The source code is only available via CVS from Sourceforge. Unfortunately, the packaging on this a bit out of date as I have not been able to find much time for this program. The complication in generating an OS X packaging is getting the binary Tcl extension compiled under OS X. The rest of the code is Tcl and will run anywhere. Sorry, I can't be of much help here.
