The datasheets should not be locked. I just downloaded the 2965 DS, and I didn't have a problem accessing it. Perhaps you should try re-downloading it. It's possible that a locked version was mistakenly on the web during the web updates yesterday, but has since been fixed.

It was my reader. I changed to using acroread (I was using a third party reader) and its ok.
