Missing AD Voltage Reference Spec

about a year ago, this subject has been on. I should know what to expect about 3.0V Reference Temperature drift and general accuracy.

It would be very useful to have this 3V on an external pin, since many AD results depend on a certain ratio to the reference. Or even better let me also choose from 3V internal reference, VDD and external reference.

What I can do now is use one analog input with a 2.5V reference to have a controlled environment.
