I agree - that would be great!
The demo boards come with pretty good example programs, and the free driver library is also very good. Maybe a set of recorded sessions that demonstrate the various functions of the demo boards and the library would be extremely helpful for newbies.
I've done this type of training for my company using the Camtasia Windows program to record my screen as I narrate what I'm doing. This kind of thing goes a long way toward lowering the learning curve.
