Platform independent DriverLib releases

Hello,

right now the DriverLib is only available as Windows Installer.
If you want to use it on Linux you have to install it via wine...
A Version of DriverLib which comes just as a simple zip archive would help a lot...

The DriverLib release is actually a self-extracting zip file. So, yes it is a Windows .exe, but you can still unzip it using "unzip" on Linux (or on Windows for that matter).
