Target dll has been cancelled

I am new to embedded programming. I have the 3S811 Eval Board and KEIL compiler. I am using KEIL Ulink 2 to do JTAG debugging.
I get the famous "Target dll has been cancelled" error when I try to debug the FreeRTOs_Demo.
I have reinstalled the FDI drivers twice but to no effect.
I have a NXP board which works just fine so I know uVision is fine.
Does anyone have a step by step solution?

You probably mean you have set Ulink2 for debugging in Keil Vision 3. If so it's wrong because you have to use LM3S811 Evaluation board for debugging.

Problem solved (thanks Eric),
I had the ULINK2 attached to the board.
