FTDI install problem and solution

This happens on XP at least.

Believe it or not, if the RunOnce* key in the registry is missing, the driver install fails, claims that a file is missing then trys to install again... and again...

* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunOnce

This has been a known problem in the Windows driver install code since 2002 at least and isn't specific to the FTDI drivers.

Just an FYI in case anyone else runs into this.
