IAR ok ?

Is it ok to use IAR's ARM Workbench or must we stick to keil as far as this contest is concerned ?

its not a restriction to any one to use Keil....but only to use any luminary LM3SXXX device...thatsit..

That's not true... The design contest requires that your code be developed using the Keil tools.
