It looks like their product page doesn't work right now. Hopefully it's only a temporary outage. There used to be a listing of products on the page.

RiT offers various panels, but I don't recall if they have one with the exact specs you listed. I would recommend sending your specs to the "Contact RiT display" option on the website to get more information.

HYES has the Osram 2.7" drop-in replacement

HYES Optoelectronics has the drop in replacement for Osram 2.7" and 1.54" OLED displays. HYES may be releasing some of the others soon too. The webpage is here and you can scroll down and download the specifications here:
