Recommended layout

Hello,

what is the recommended layout and fan-out for the 100 pins package (eg. LM3S6965) on a dual layer board?

The several GND and VDD pins are quite odd to route among the other signal traces!

Would you give me some suggestions?

i too would like to see some suggestions here.

Ive ended up with quite a few vias under the device which i dont really like to do.

i suppose the layout for the dev boards would be a good start
