fix bug in code red quickstart doc

I had trouble with the Code Red evaluation kit. I got support directly from them and learned that their development tools will not work if the board is connected to a USB hub rather than directly to the motherboard.

I believe the quickstart guide should mention this.

Thanks for noticing this. I was not aware of this problem but I've raised an issue for us to look into it and either determine if we can fix the underlying issue or at least document the limitation.
