SSD0303 OLED Display Simulation Module

Hi everyone,

I just finished an alpha version of a simulator module for the Keil uVision ARM simulator that implements the I2C Master, SSD0303 display controller and OLED display.

It's not really meant to implement each individual device exhaustively, but it does provide just enough functionality to use the OSRAM library functions sucessfully.

Edit: Note that the module does not work with the initial version of Keil uVision (3.33). The module is tested successfully only with uVision 3.34b (download at https://www.keil.com/update/sw/rvmdk/3.03a).
