TimerDisable decreases counter values
When TimerDisable is called then the counter value is decreased.
This has been verified on a LM3S102 in EventCaptureMode.
If event counting is gated with an GPIO pin that enables/isables the counter or if we stop the counter before the match this gives incorrect count values.
