LM? PHY+MAC

Earlier this year I had talked with a Luminary FAE. He shared with me that they were planning on a family member chip which would have an on-chip Ethernet MAC+PHY feature.

What's the latest 'rumor' on this?

Microchip has already released such a chip based on the PIC architecture...

I'd love to get my hands on a 32-bitter w/ MAC+PHY.
