Controller for data logger

I plan a circuit of data logger that will integrate in our products.

For this purpose, I search controller with at least 8 channels of A/D (16 channels would be preferable) of 10bit, which can sample all the channels in the rhythm of 40,000 samples at the second. Also, it should have fast interface of local bus in order to connect memories from type DRAM and FLASH – in order to collect big amount of data.

Do you have controller such this today? In case that the answer is not, are you managing to have controller such this during 2007?
