VCO PRESCALING
Itīs not possible to adjust the vco/precaler manually - its just derived from an internal table.
For special timing purposes -it would make sense to program this manually.
Somehow I think that this mechanism is used in combination with internal fuses to limit the coreclock on "slower" devices - which could run on the higher speed.
Is there a "truth" ;-)))
