query about Evaluation kit

Dear Sir(forum moderator),
I have filled the request form. It is said in the form that once the kit is approved ,then it will be dispatched. And, it will take 3 weeks for delievery of the kit, with no mail being sent for the above process.
Is it possible to let us know if the kit dispatch is started ??
I think if our kit is not approved , then we will still have a chance to order from mouser till the stocks last..
