LM3S6965 beginner

I am starting new application prject with Luminary ARM
I use the EKK eval board and KEIL limited compiler

Is first time I use ARM and I have some problems installing development tools

I describe all my problems...and solutions I hope help other beginners

First I have installed Keil IDE from CD but when I start the Keil IDE the compiler crash and an error message appear Read this disccussion in keil forum

and solve first problem (download new keil version and replace first installed)

Next I have programmed my board with sample program Blinky. Be careful in KEILARMBOARDSLuminary directory
you can found ek-LM3S6965 and ek-lm3s6965_revc
use the appropriate sample for your eval board

When project is loaded open the project options and select DEBUG tab select debug option with "Luminary eval board" next select Utilities tab and change to "Luminary eval board"

Ok ready to program select flash menu and program All work ok (I hope) If no remove and replug eval board usb cable before next flash reprogramming.

If all ok start debug but debug can't work !!
