LM3S6965 EvalBoard Design

hello,

I try to create an adaptor board for the Evalboard EK-LM3S6965-D but I can't do this without the exact boardoutline and the positions of the mounting holes and I don't have the material to do this exactly.
does anyone have an exact positions, e.g. as an dxf file?
