ARM Cortex-M3 Techinical Seminar

Luminary Micro and MaxMega in conjunction with Professor Le Tien Thuong of the University of Technology Ho Chi Minh City are pleased to announce a FREE 4 day technical seminar and workshop in Vietnam. At this hands-on workshop you will gain in-depth technical knowledge about Luminary Micro’s award-winning family of 32-bit Stellaris® ARM Cortex™-M3-based microcontrollers, see demonstrations of the tools available for Stellaris microcontrollers, and learn about real-world Stellaris-based applications.

The workshop will be held from 05MAY – 08MAY and will be conducted by Professor Le Tien Thuong. Students are welcomed to attend.

On Wednesday, 07MAR, a special “Luminary Micro Day” session will be conducted including speakers from Luminary Micro headquarters. Embedded developers, manufacturers, project managers and engineers are encouraged to attend. The Luminary Micro team will be on hand to discuss your applications individually.

Don’t miss out on the chance to get the inside track on this new architecture, which is at the core of what is being hailed as the low power, high performance, and rich peripheral set MCU family of the future.

Agenda

  • Learning what the award-winning Stellaris MCUs can do for your next design
  • Experiencing the low power, high performance, and rich peripheral set of the Stellaris family of MCUs using code examples and demonstrations
  • Learning about embedded microcontroller applications utilizing multiple on-chip communications interfaces including Ethernet (MAC and PHY), IEEE 1588 PTP assist, CAN, and USB
  • Learning how many Stellaris MCUs have specialized motion control capabilities through hardware and software to create energy-efficient motion control designs
  • Seeing how easy it is to get started on your current or next design with Stellaris evaluation kits featuring the Stellaris Peripheral Driver Library and Code Red tools
  • Exploring your options for the fastest time to market with Stellaris Reference Design Kits including motion kits and production-ready modules for Brushless DC motors, AC induction motors, and Stepper motors, and connected kits and production-ready modules for Intelligent Display and Serial-to-Ethernet applications.
